The Steady Scene – Steady’s Hittin’ the Road!

We’re loading up the trucks and heading out to Las Vegas this weekend to debut our Spring/Summer 2012 collections at the Magic Trade Show!  The lines look amazing, with tons of new dresses for the ladies, and a full collection of retro-inspired bowlers and button ups for the guys.  And our annual Party at the Peppermill for our retail buyers is back!

And right after we finish up in Vegas, the truck is headed out to Sacramento for the Autorama at the Cal Expo Fairgrounds.  If you’re in nor cal, come on out and check out some cool hot rods, do some shopping with Steady, and vote for your fave pin-ups!  Details are at RodShows.com.

It’s also been another big week for our “Drive” Scorpion Jacket!  Check out the The 2012 Oscar Nominees… of Style, courtesy of Esquire.com!

 

Our friends from Jimmy Knows Productions also has a 60 second recreation of the Drive film, featuring the Steady Jacket for Virgin Radio.  Check out and make sure to vote for his short!

And finally…. ordered your jacket and can’t wait to get that little bag in the mail?  Check out this YouTube clip of a fellow fan opening his Drive Jacket for the first time!

Katie’s Retro Pick of the Week – ‘Til Death Do Us Part

I’m a sucker for the Holidays and Christmas, but Valentine ’s Day probably should be my favorite holiday.  I love roses, my favorite color is red, and what woman doesn’t love chocolate?!  As February kicks off and we all start planning what to do and what to wear for Valentine’s day, I’m going to offer up some of my V-day favorites as this week’s Retro Pick of the Week!

The obvious pick for a Valentine’s Day fave is our Show Some Love Top, featuring a heart shaped cut-out on the back and three heart detail buttons on the front.  This top is comfy and casual with a pair of jeans, or pair it with a high waist skirt for that special night out.

There’s also a pink or black version, the original Heart It Out Top, with bow details on the front.  Same amazing fit and cute Valentine’s Day style!

 

Or if you want to glam it up for your special guy, slip on this sexy Diva dress in red and watch all the heads turn.
